Bart U311 Compressor Limiter module
At the heart of the U311 lies the legendary dbx 202C “Gold Can” VCA, the same component that gave the SSL 4000E bus compressor its iconic character. Barth takes it in a unique direction—each channel offers two independent sets of threshold and ratio controls, with both compression and expansion available on each.
The result is a dynamics processor of real depth: capable of the most delicate shaping at low ratios, yet equally at home delivering aggressive, heavy-handed control when required. The U311 demands time and patience to master, but the reward is a tool of remarkable versatility and finesse.
This is a mono standalone unit in its own enclosure and PSU.
