The Chandler Limited TG12413 Zener Limiter brings the unmistakable EMI TG limiter character into a modern studio format. Inspired by the classic Abbey Road limiter circuits, it offers three distinct modes: Comp 1 for slower, weighty compression, Limit for faster Fairchild-style limiting, and Comp 2 as a useful middle ground.
With switchable impedance, sidechain filtering, stepped attack and release controls, the Zener Limiter is equally at home on drums, bass, vocals, room mics and full mixes when you want size, attitude and controlled movement rather than polite transparency.
Main features:
- Stereo TG-style compressor/limiter
- Based on classic EMI TG limiter circuitry
- Comp 1, Comp 2 and Limit modes
- 11-position attack control
- 21-position release control
- Switchable input impedance
- Sidechain filter options
- Requires Chandler external power supply
