Echoplex Maestro EP-3

If you are looking to recreate the sound of the 1950s and -60s, nothing is going to bring back the golden age like this solid state tape delay unit.

This particular unit is what some might call the holy grail of Echoplex's. It's a rare and sought after "early version" or "the first version" of the EP-3, with a serial #9370.

EP-2 units stopped at #9067. "The first version" EP3 units are said to bear serials #9068-9450 and have solid state circuit with EP-2 case and mechanics.

Though the Echoplex was immortalised in countless plug-in versions, which sound great, nothing will compare to the sound of solid state and having the control of the playhead at your fingertips and being able to move it in real time, creating those weird time morphs and stretches.

This unit works on 110V only.

This unit operates on 110V and requires a step down transformer to work on 220V regions.
