Grace Design m701 base unit

The Grace Design m701 is a modular, high-capacity audio interface engineered for professional and commercial recording environments. Built around a flexible architecture, it delivers pristine conversion, extensive connectivity, and powerful system control for today’s hybrid studios.

The chassis houses eight card slots, each capable of hosting 8-channel AD or DA modules. This allows users to configure up to 64 channels of reference-grade analog I/O in any combination. For digital workflows, the m701 offers dedicated option slots for Digilink, Dante, Ravenna/AES67/ST2110, and upcoming formats such as USB2 (32×32). A third expansion slot supports additional modules, including 24-channel AES3 I/O, Word Clock distribution, or future monitoring functions. Standard baseboard connections include 8ch AES3, 8ch ADAT, and 2ch S/PDIF. Users may also install Grace Design’s optional 4-channel premium microphone preamp modules into any of the eight slots.

GraceNet Control
Operation is seamless from either the front panel or the built-in GraceNet web interface. No drivers or software are required—any browser can connect instantly. Both front panel and GraceNet provide comprehensive metering of all I/O, full configuration access, and direct integration with Grace Design m108 microphone preamplifiers.

Cue Mixing
For tracking, the m701 includes a 32×8 low-latency mixer. Multiple cue mixes can be created and delivered directly to artists, accessible via GraceNet on any personal device such as a phone or tablet.

Bigger shipments requiring pallets or custom made crates ship to US, CA, JP, CN, AU and other outside of EU locations via DHL Air Freight, ETA is normally approx. 7-14 working days from pickup day zero.

Big shipments inside EU ship via different freight companies, recently mostly via ACE Logistics. Freight forwarders can use different courier companies for deliveries to final destinations.

Palletising and crating time can vary depending on the size of the shipment and packaging queue. We pack all our shipments with great care.
