Orban Stereo Equalizer Model 674A

The Orban 674A is a vintage parametric eq packed it into a rugged, stereo-optimized chassis built for real-world shaping.

Eight fully independent bands per side, each with sweepable center frequency and continuously variable bandwidth, give the 674A far more authority than any classic graphic EQ. With ±16 dB of boost or cut, this unit can carve surgical notches or draw broad, musical contours without color or instability.

Behind the EQ section sit Orban’s 12 dB/octave Butterworth high- and low-pass filters, tunable across a massive range.

The 674A is famously clean: low noise, low distortion, fast slew rate, and peak-stretching overload indicators that warn before anything breaks up. Fully balanced inputs, transformer options, and industrial-grade parts round out a design made for broadcast, reinforcement, mastering, and any application where tone shaping must remain transparent, predictable, and repeatable.

PSU is switchable between 115V and 230V, currently set to work on 230V. EU power cord included.

US and EU parcels ship via UPS, ETA 1-7 working days from pickup day zero. That also applies to most locations worldwide.

Bigger shipments requiring pallets or custom made crates ship to US, CA, JP, CN, AU and other outside of EU locations via DHL Air Freight, ETA is normally approx. 7-14 working days from pickup day zero.

Big shipments inside EU ship via different freight companies, recently mostly via ACE Logistics. Freight forwarders can use different courier companies for deliveries to final destinations.
