From the studio of the ABBA mastermind, Benny Anderson, comes this
Quantec QRS XL Room Simulator.
Made in the early 80's, QRS was one of the early units that used impulse responses to produce reverberation effects. This unit is considered a classic due to its uncanny ability to sound both very natural and very artificial depending on the settings. The longer ambiences can sound for over 45 seconds without producing a single computational artefact, impressive even modern standards.
The unit has MIDI I/O and can be connected and controlled from a 10.6 and lower macOs versions via a RS232 interface. (Additional free software required)
This 1U rack unit has a stereo XLR I/O.
Excellent working condition, good visual condition. PSU is switchable between 115V and 230V, currently set to work on 230V. EU power cord included.
