Retro Sta-Level is a recreation of the legendary 1956 Gates Sta-Level.

The Retro Sta-Level improves on the original design with six settings of release time and three different modes of operation which give you wide flexibility to find the perfect dynamics control for your specific application.

- Single is super smooth for bass tracks.
- Double is perfect for most every source you throw at it.
- Triple mode allows the Sta-Level to clamp down on fast transient waveforms while still retaining great musicality.

The program path is transformer balanced throughout to cancel control-induced distortion. Push pull circuitry with 6V6 output stage provides wide voltage swing for gain control and line output. The result is that the Sta-Level brings a uniquely familiar intimacy, air and warmth to your tracks.

This compressor is equipped with NOS 6386 tubes.

Excellent working condition, good visual condition. PSU operates on 230V, EU power cord included.

US and EU parcels ship via UPS, ETA 1-7 working days from pickup day zero. That also applies to most locations worldwide.

Bigger shipments requiring pallets or custom made crates ship to US, CA, JP, CN, AU and other outside of EU locations via DHL Air Freight, ETA is normally approx. 7-14 working days from pickup day zero.

Big shipments inside EU ship via different freight companies, recently mostly via ACE Logistics. Freight forwarders can use different courier companies for deliveries to final destinations.

Palletising and crating time can vary depending on the size of the shipment and packaging queue. We pack all our shipments with great care.
