Royer R-121 bundle with RSM- SS1

The R-121 is Royer’s flagship ribbon mic and one of the most respected modern ribbons ever made. Known as a first-choice microphone for electric guitar cabinets, it also shines on brass, drum rooms, percussion, piano, and a wide range of acoustic instruments.

It delivers a warm, natural, and highly musical sound in a compact, lightweight design that is easy to position. The R-121 is famous for its ability to handle extremely high SPLs up to 160 dB @ 1 kHz, making it equally at home on loud guitar amps, brass, and drums, while still capturing quieter sources with impressive detail and smoothness.

A big part of its character comes from Royer’s patented offset ribbon design. The ribbon is placed closer to the front side of the microphone, which improves performance on loud sources and helps maintain full frequency response under heavy SPL. Turn the mic around, and the rear side delivers a slightly brighter tone at close distances, effectively giving you two tonal options in one microphone.

Sling-Shock RSM-SS1
The included RSM-SS1 shock mount is made for Royer’s 1-inch diameter ribbon microphones, including the R-121, R-122 MKII, R-122V, and SF-12. It also fits other cylindrical microphones measuring approximately 1 inch in diameter, within ±1/8 inch.

US and EU parcels ship via UPS, ETA 1-7 working days from pickup day zero. That also applies to most locations worldwide.

All shipments are fully insured.

Bigger shipments requiring pallets or custom made crates ship to US, CA, JP, CN, AU and other outside of EU locations via DHL Air Freight, ETA is normally approx. 7-14 working days from pickup day zero.

Big shipments inside EU ship via different freight companies, recently mostly via ACE Logistics. Freight forwarders can use different courier companies for deliveries to final destinations.

Palletising and crating time can vary depending on the size of the shipment and packaging queue. We pack all our shipments with great care.
