Studer 089 MK1 12/2 Analog Mixing Console

This Studer 089 is the first generation and most sought after version of 089-series.

All 12 input channels work perfectly in microphone/line input to direct audio output mode.

Console is fully repaired, serviced and recapped in 2026 by our tech team.

Our tech team listed these defects that could not be repaired:

1. CH11 input selector in position SM1 doesn`t work (signal does not pass through)
2. CH12 input selector in position SM2 doesn`t work (signal does not pass through)
3. CH12 SM2 bus switch has poor contact sometimes, when pressed repeatedly, contact is made and the switch can still be used
4. Talkback microphone gooseneck inlet pin guide has broken and it\'s not an easily sourceable part, the talkback mic also remains untested an may not work

These defects would be very difficult and time-consuming to fix due to the construction of the console. On the other hand these functions are needed very rarely and in exceptional cases, therefore they do not interfere with the normal and standard use of the console.

The console has two internal PSUs (one is spare) with manual switching 110/117/125/150/220/250 V AC, 50/60 Hz, 70W.

Palletising and crating time can vary depending on the size of the shipment and packaging queue. We pack all our shipments with great care.
