Telefunken TDP-1 Passive Mono DI

The single-channel TDP-1 passive direct box combine premium though-hole components, European-made transformers and rugged, road-ready construction to deliver rich, warm tone in any environment.

Boasting an ultra-flat frequency response with extremely low distortion and self-noise, the TDP direct boxes excel at capturing everything from synthesizers and keyboards to acoustic-electric guitar and electric bass with a certain subtle and unique character. At the heart of all TELEFUNKEN Elektroakustik direct boxes are custom-wound output transformers made in England by OEP/Carnhill.

Each channel features premium metal Amphenol connectors and recessed metal switches to engage the -15 dB pad and ground lift. These elements combined with premium passive components (including 1% tolerance metal film resistors, and WIMA and Nichicon capacitors) are all housed in a rugged aluminum chassis designed to withstand the wear and tear of the road.

Like all TELEFUNKEN microphones, all TDP direct boxes are assembled and critically tested in Connecticut, USA.

US and EU parcels ship via UPS, ETA 1-7 working days from pickup day zero. That also applies to most locations worldwide.

All shipments are fully insured.

Bigger shipments requiring pallets or custom made crates ship to US, CA, JP, CN, AU and other outside of EU locations via DHL Air Freight, ETA is normally approx. 7-14 working days from pickup day zero.

Big shipments inside EU ship via different freight companies, recently mostly via ACE Logistics. Freight forwarders can use different courier companies for deliveries to final destinations.

Palletising and crating time can vary depending on the size of the shipment and packaging queue. We pack all our shipments with great care.
