TK Audio SP502

The TK Audio SP502 is a single-slot 500 series mic preamp that blends clean modern front-end performance with optional vintage Class A character. Its transformerless input stage delivers up to 70 dB of gain with clarity and precision, while selectable output stages let you choose between a tighter electronically balanced sound or the thicker, punchier tone of a discrete Class A output with Carnhill transformer.

A switchable saturation circuit adds extra harmonics and density, and the sweepable 30-400 Hz high-pass filter makes low-end shaping easy and precise. The discrete DI path is another strong point here, with a direct mode that routes the instrument input straight to the output stage for a punchy, characterful signal path that works especially well on bass.

Compact, flexible, and full of useful tonal options, the SP502 covers a lot of ground for a single-slot preamp.

Bigger shipments requiring pallets or custom made crates ship to US, CA, JP, CN, AU and other outside of EU locations via DHL Air Freight, ETA is normally approx. 7-14 working days from pickup day zero.

Big shipments inside EU ship via different freight companies, recently mostly via ACE Logistics. Freight forwarders can use different courier companies for deliveries to final destinations.

Palletising and crating time can vary depending on the size of the shipment and packaging queue. We pack all our shipments with great care.
