TLA C1 Dual Valve Preamp Compressor

C1 is a two-channel tube compressor closed in a 2U 19" housing. Among high-class compressors, the C-1 has achieved undeniable success by being an extremely faithful and natural-sounding dynamic processor. The C-1 has a six-millimeter aluminium front panel, high-quality prints tube circuit paths and two illuminated level meters.

All potentiometers are fully adjustable. The C-1 is also equipped with two microphone preamplifiers (with Phantom + 48V power supply) and two instrumental inputs for direct connection of instruments.

Regardless of the application of the C-1, whether it will be a recording or processing of recorded material, its value is unquestionable.

The design of the C-1 is based on high-quality transistor circuits, which in combination with tube circuits ensures a high signal-to-noise ratio and fidelity of sound. Each channel has two tube circuits. One is a voltage amplifier and the other is responsible for the drive level.

The compressor's frequency response curve is flat in the range between 20Hz to 20kHz with a deviation of no more than -3dB. The full frequency response here is from 5Hz to 75kHz.

Tube PSU section has been rebuilt . Input switches cleaned. Internally inspected and channel balance calibrated. New tubes installed.

Excellent working condition, good visual condition. PSU operates on 110-240V, depending on the fuse installed. Currently set to 240V operation. EU power cord included.

Bigger shipments requiring pallets or custom made crates ship to US, CA, JP, CN, AU and other outside of EU locations via DHL Air Freight, ETA is normally approx. 7-14 working days from pickup day zero.

Big shipments inside EU ship via different freight companies, recently mostly via ACE Logistics. Freight forwarders can use different courier companies for deliveries to final destinations.

Palletising and crating time can vary depending on the size of the shipment and packaging queue. We pack all our shipments with great care.
